Please join Camera of the Month Club on Thursday March 30th for CORDLESS: A Show About Our Phone Rituals.
Gallery Hours: Thursday March 30th, 6:30-9:30PM; Friday 4-7PM; Saturday Sunday 2-5PM; Monday-Tuesday, 10-5PM; Wednesday 4-7PM.
CORDLESS is an exhibition about the roles of our phones in our daily lives as photographers. They are not our cameras, yet they are inextricably embedded in our photographic lives. Taking photos with our phones has become a daily ritual for most, a habitual impulse, separate from the work we make with our cameras. In this show, ten photographers explore themes of abandonment, self-portraiture and daily ritual with their photos.
